Switch It's laggy and raccoon shop doesn't expand

I am on switch, and I have completed all raccoon requests, however the wife's shop still only has the four seeds. From what I have read on wiki I believe it updates with every request you complete. I do see the pop up saying the shop is expanded every time but it is actually not.
Also it is lagging so badly when I am in my farm, I'm wondering if I have too many crops/buildings/kegs or something.
It is so bad that I registered for this forum so I can ask everybody about it.

I just found this issue too but I’m on Xbox, it says it’s expanded but I only see the first 4 seeds and I can’t find anything online about this glitch.

I am having the same problem on the switch. I have gotten the “shop has expanded” prompt a few times and I still only see the first four seeds in the shop.
