Windows Items from Help Wanted - quest don't disappear from inventory upon completion

There was a quest posted by Robin on the Help Wanted - board. She requested 25 pieces of freshly chopped wood. As I delivered the wood, the quest was completed and she thanked me for it but the wood didn't disappear from my inventory. I don't know if it has anything to do with the glitch but she was exercising in the gym next to Pierre's store when I delivered the wood. The wood was in my hotbar and selected. Not exactly a game breaking bug or even a negative one at that since I got the reward and all but I thought I might as well report it.

"Gathering" daily quests - whether it's Clint's Ore or Coal quest, or Robin's Wood or Stone quest - don't require you to actually give the items to the NPCs - you just have to acquire a certain amount of new items of the type and talk to the NPC after. Clint's quest descriptions definitely explain it, can't recall for Robin's.

Oh, if that's the case, my bad. I don't think the quest description mentioned this but not 100% sure. I will remove this post after some time so that others have a chance to see it.
