Switch Items disappearing from inventory

Hi there,

i had a void egg and a large mouth bass both vanish from my inventory after accessing the fridge and moving some food around. Neither of these items are however, in the fridge, or in any chest, or on the ground. I’ve clicked the organize button which was suggested online, but that did nothing. What gives? Thank you for your help! I’m playing on a Nintendo switch.

I’m also on the switch, and I keep losing all my stone. I buy it or collect it, and then it’s just not there. Checked all my chests etc.

Same. I've also had crafted items poof away into oblivion instead of picking them up.
