The one I have right now that changes the crops and food sprites is Lux's. So I know it isn't that one. I will try the other 2 you posted now.

I tried the ones you posted and it isn't those. I couldn't try spritemaster as it isn't compatible anymore.

It's Vanilla Tweaks, however, the mod hasn't been updated yet for 1.6.
