Mac Issues with connections coming from Stardew Valley, don't know if Stardew is legitimate

I'm on Mac OS and have an app that monitors connections coming from programs and this came from Stardew Valley.
MacOS is allowing me to run Stardew but if I block it's network connection attempts, my mouse doesn't really work oddly enough. What would normally be 1 click becomes 3-5 clicks. If I allow the connections, clicking goes back to normal. I'm running vanilla Stardew (latest) on MacOS Sequoia (latest)
