Android Issue with game crashing during scene transitions and cutscenes

Description:

Hello! I'm playing Stardew Valley on my mobile device and I'm experiencing a frustrating issue. Occasionally, the game crashes when I'm transitioning between scenes or during cutscenes. This is very annoying, as I lose my progress and have to start over.

Today, I experienced this issue while playing. I was in the mine, farming for ores and needed to enter and exit the different levels frequently, which involved scene transitions. I had been playing since early in the day, and when night fell in the game, the issue happened again. When I entered one of the mine's levels, the game crashed unexpectedly. This was very frustrating, as I lost all the progress I had made during the day.

I would like to suggest that the developers review the game and optimize the transitions to prevent these unexpected crashes. Additionally, it would be very useful if the game had an automatic backup option with configurable time intervals for the player. This would help prevent progress loss when the game crashes unexpectedly.

It's worth noting that the game runs well in other aspects, without crashes or performance issues. The issue seems to be specific to scene transitions and cutscenes.

*Suggestions:*

- Review and optimize scene transitions and cutscenes to prevent unexpected crashes
- Add automatic backup option with configurable time intervals for the player

*Device Information:*

- Model: Samsung Galaxy J6+ (SM-J610G)
- Operating System: Android 10
- One UI Version: 2.0
- RAM: 3GB
- Internal Storage: 32GB (22GB available)

*Platform:* Mobile

I hope this helps the development team identify and resolve the issue! Thank you for your attention.

I've seen other players reporting the same issues on social media.

Maybe the bug occurs due to the speed of the scenario loading, as the game loads quickly.

Another suggestion to complement:

- Add an option in the settings called "Slow transition", In this option, the player can configure the time we wait for the scenario/cute scenes to load. Allowing the scene to load more slowly, preventing unexpected closures.

- That black screen that appears when we enter a scenario would be replaced by a custom loading screen. (Visual only)

That's a good suggestion too.
