Is this the undiscovered egg???

A player noticed that the map of Pelican Town kinda looks like the grandpa. So, do you guys think it might be an undiscovered Easter egg or just an optical illusion?

This is amazing! The only clue I recall about an old undiscovered Easter Egg is that it wasn't in the text files but in the art for the game. This very well could be it.

The Stardew Valley Wiki transcribed a quote from ConcernedApe here:

Perhaps the original reveal was planned as some deeper connection between Grandpa and Stardew Valley that ConcernedApe later scrapped. The only issue, and unfortunately it is a big issue, is that this might not qualify as "extremely obscure" so it probably isn't what the developer was referring to above. But at the very least, I didn't know this Easter Egg, so thank you for sharing it!
