Nope, though it is possible to make your current spouse forget that you broke up with them and remarry them if you decide to marry emily for the outfit. It is a slow friendship climb however
In 1.6 you could also use the item ID glitch to get them. It's something I'd consider if you really want them, it's not like they're giving you any crazy gameplay advantage

Thanks. I can't use the item ID due to me playing on the Switch. And I just think the outfit looks cool.

Ah shame, and yeah the outfit is very cool, I usually marry Emily because she's easy to gift and her outfit is a statement (in a good way)
