Is there a way to allow farmhands to move buildings in multiplayer mode?

Hello. Me and my girlfriend play stardew through the steam client. She created the farm and is able to move buildings, however, we found out that only she can move buildings and not me. Is there any way to allow both of us to move buildings? Thanks
