Good day everyone! I'm not sure what exactly to call the concept I have in mind (which makes it really hard to search for relevant mods, admittedly), but I first got the idea through the mod "Teleport NPC Location" by MangoPuPuPudding on Nexus. Aside from the main functionality of the mod, the UI for it also shows the avatars/portraits currently used in-game, which was actually really helpful for me to check if everything was in order because I tend to modify the portraits used by other mods to match my existing ones.
Which leads me to my question: is there a mod that does the same thing but for sprites as well? Mainly to avoid the hassle of going into the file explorer and squinting at my screen to determine if the sprite I'm seeing in-game actually matches up to what I want it to show, which is unfortunately quite the task considering how many mods modify in-game sprites through Content Patcher (such as "Seasonal Outfits - Slightly Cuter Aesthetic" by Poltergeister on Nexus). I actually only noticed that Seasonal Outfits' portraits also overrides every portrait mod I have so far through the Teleport NPC Location mod, so that was a really great tool in helping me go back into my files and make sure everything's consistent.
Tl;dr: Is there a mod that allows you to check which assets are currently being used/shown in-game? Ideally, with indicators that show if they're vanilla (or just in the main content folder) or if they came from a particular mod (and/or file path, whichever is easiest). Kinda like a debug thing, maybe?
It would also be cool if one exists for dialogue as well, especially since so many mods overwrite existing ones, but I'm not sure how big of a task that is considering I have zero programming experience (wiling to learn, however!)
Thank you so much and I hope everyone has a great day!
