Is there a mod that adds a character that becomes a rival for Sebastian?

It could be a character that either you can choose to date or they start dating him, or an NPC that's made specifically for him. I just want to know if there's a rival mod that doesn't pair him with Sam or Abigail (there's already mods I love that add Sam with other characters, and I honestly have never liked Sebastian and Abigail as a couple for some reason).
