When you slay a vomit ghost in the local mines without it having made you nauseous, it drops a bottle of ipecac. If you drink the ipecac before loading machines with with edible/potable items and you try to load one that is already running, you will not get the eat/drink the item prompt. This allows you to fill your cellar/kegs/preserve jars/dehydrators/cheese presses/mayonnaise makers without any risk of accidentally ingesting the input.
