Just from my own experience, if you already have the game setup on both devices, it's as simple as going into the files app, finding the stardew->saves->particular save folder, then sending the whole thing by email/google drive/etc. to your pc, downloading it, and popping it in your file folder again (can be found by windows+r then pasting %appdata%\StardewValley\Saves)
