Windows Improbable Duplicated Seed Issue With Cached Save?

I want to preface this by acknowledging that it's a weird one and likely a lower priority bug all things considered. But as a programmer I find in programmatically interesting.

The Issue: I started a new farm (beach) and one day one was greeted with mail saying tools were in lost and found (nothing was there). But interestingly Joja was shut down and Pierre's said they are now open 7 days a week. I played through the day and on the second day I got an achievement for donating to the museum. I was curious so I went there and it had almost everything donated and organized.

At this point I decide to back out and make a new farm again, this time everything seems normal.

I then decide to look at my save files and notice that the random seed for the one that was having these things happen matched the random seed to my Fall of Year 2 Farm which has quite a bit done.

That's when it hit me that the game must be pulling from some cached date based on the seed. Making a new game on a different device using the seed works fine.

I decide to make another new game on the same device that used the same seed but this time it seemed to work out normally.

My theory is that maybe there is something in the generation of a new random seed that could lead to this but not when a seed is given?

Steps I Tried To Reproduce The Issue Based On What I Did Originally:

Load Into My Year 2 Farm Then Quit To Menu
- Create A New Farm
- Selected Beach
- Selected Guarantee Year 1
- Load Into Game

Note: When I had first launched the game I forgot I had the language set to French, I had loaded my old save then quit to menu and changed the language to English before
making the new farm. I did also attempt to replicate this when I was trying to see if I could reproduce the bug.

OS: Windows 11 Home Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4946)

Single Player New Farm, Old Farm Was Originally Multi-Player

Read my post on completing the community center on day 6, I go into a bit of a dive about how the game grabs from file folders if they have similar file character info between them.

Could be something related happening? 1.6 operates a little differently than 1.5 for comparing character info
