Windows Impossible bulletin board quests

I've got quests such as clint asking for gold before the mines are open, or demetrius asking me to fish up 4 sardines in summer (the only season when they dont show up!)

I am getting the same bug. I am on the 4th of Summer, Year 1, a d got a request from Demetrius to catch 3 Sardine. I am on Steamdeck with some minor mods but posting to bump this since it seems to not just be me.
