Issue I'm trying to play on Mobile with SVE and RSV, but the Stairs to RSV aren't there!?

I'm not sure what would be causing this (other than the Android versions aren't up-to-date) but you could install a no clip mod to be able to go there without stairs.

I know this is a bit late, but i had the same issue so i downloaded RSV 2.5.3 worked fine with most versions of SVE. Hope this helps anyone who still has this problem.
