I vote Forest. Great for community center run with extra forage, renewable hardwood, enough room for moderate amount of crops and some animals. Once you collect enough hardwood you can cut the renewable stumps down first thing one morning and build buildings where they were then they don’t grow back and you have the extra space. This works with any building or large obelisk but not other machines, items or crops.
