If you could change ONE thing from the game, what would it be?

I'd make cooking a skill complete with professions at levels 5 and 10, a cooking mini-game, a frying pan that can be upgraded like other tools, and a new community center bundle in the kitchen.

I like this idea.
Would certainly encourage cooking way more than I currently do. The kitchen area could easily fit a bundle.
