I'm an amateur composer and I got inspired by Stardew's winter as a theme, so I composed this little track a while ago. I just noticed there's a fan art section on this page so I decided to post it now!

I loved it!

At around 1:57, there are 4 notes played that invoked a sense of foreboding, and took the piece in an entirely different direction.

It's like an antique music box tune and a black metal instrumental melded together.

Wow just wow! You mentioned you are a composer, do you play your own music or have a group that plays for you? Whatever it was it sounded great! What instruments were used? Absolutely beautiful you have a real talent there!

Unfortunately I do not have a group so I have to synthesize it myself. Regarding the instruments, I mostly tried to stay as acoustic as possible but I did use some synths as well to achieve the atmosphere :D

So pretty!!! It sounds like the ice cave levels.

It also makes me think of festival music! Kinda like the music during the Moonlight Jellies festival cutscene, but wintery! I love it.
