Not really a fond of this. Why not just add more flavours to the ice cream stand? Why can't we have a community upgrade where we can upgrade his stand lke we did with Pams House.

With this upgrade the ice cream stand could get a bit bigger and would add more flavours, he can even sell Banana Splits.

As @Azrael mentions, there's already an ice cream stand, but it would be cool to see that get more varieties :)

Yea maybe they should extend to spring and summer.
