Windows I cant progress on my community center

As you can see i just started my save and opened the lock of community center but there was no glowing square but the bookshelf or other things are here like i completed the community center can anybody help me with that someone on reddit told me to link my save here for a solution but i dont know how to do it, i know where the save files are but i cant attach it to the thread. Also i am not using any mods

You somehow have the bulletin board complete - this makes me suspect there was some messing around with cheats (it was multiplayer was the other person modded?). I can probably edit the save file to fix this in a bit

Assuming you weren't using remixed bundles, this should have reset your community center progress and put the glowing square back.
