PlayStation I can't delete any saves

I have a link to a Youtube video showing the problem but it's exactly as it sounds. I tried to delete them on my PS4 Pro, my PS5 Pro, while offline, from the co-op host menu, from the single player Load menu...I don't know what's happening or how to fix it.

Bumping for developer awareness. Thanks for including a video. I ran into this issue as well, on PS5. It's annoying when you frequently start new games and manage save files. Needs a patch for sure. C'mon CA and team!
