iOS I can't buy things from the magician

Hello! I always enjoy playing.I'm playing on my iPad, but for some reason I can't buy anything from a magician even after completing the mission. The catalog that should be in the magician's room has not been released for a long time. I want to buy an obelisk or a gold watch, but I'm having trouble not being able to do it. What should I do?

Have you completed the Community Center, followed by completing the Dark Talisman and Goblin Problem quests? After that, he'll give you access to his book.
