Issue I can’t freely move my in game cursor, it’s glitchy and stuck to my character

Hello! I have about 70 mods installed, it first happened after I installed the Happy Birthday mod, so I uninstalled that and it actually fixed itself and then came back again after I installed some other mods, I’ve literally tried disabling different mods at a time and nothing has worked so far.

It doesn’t occur in just normal vanilla and I’ve also uninstalled all my mods before and it also fixes if I do that

I’ve disabled/force off Gamepad mode and it does nothing, I’ve tried switching from fullscreen and back also nothing. I’ve googled and found nothing close to my issue, the cursor on start up is also stuttering and glitching a little bit as well.

I also forgot to mention that if I do leave my house and try to play the game as normal, dialogue options and text disappear and stutter. I can only move the cursor freely when I'm in the menu or inventory but that's all and it's very laggy. There also isn't anything wrong with my mouse/cursor outside of my modded Stardew Valley everything works completely fine.

I had this same issue I resolved mine by uninstalling "Stardew Access" Which is an Accessibility mod that adds keyboard-only game controls. I installed it because it was listed as a dependency for some mod I, unfortunately, don't remember which mod as I have about 140 of them on this play-through. After I uninstalled it the game has been working fine since whatever mod wanted it hasn't seemed to have broken anything without it. Hopefully, this helps you too and you can get back to enjoying the game proper.
