Solved I am repeatedly getting the Butchery Mod mail over and over and cannot get other mail

hi, I am trying to resolve an issue I've been struggling with. The cleaver intro mail from butchery is spamming my mailbox and will not go away. Any help is appreciated.

My issue has been resolved, it was incompatibility between Mail Framework Mod and FeTK.
