There are ways to edit your file in order to backtrack an extended amount of time (or the revert to previous save button if you just need to go back a day), but generally that will be a lot of effort to manually reset portions of your farm if you slept through entire seasons for example, and in all honesty, it isn't so bad if you missed some days as very little if anything is truly time limited in game.
