iOS HOW TO: PETS (new here)

Hey there! Just got Stardew Valley on my iPad. I’ve got this dog, but I can’t figure out how to bring it along with me. Tried searching online, but the instructions isn’t really geared towards the mobile version. Sooo my questions is, how or do I need to bond with her first to get that option, much like with the town’s people—I gain perks?

Sadly, you don't have the option to bring your dog along with you in any way, tho this might change later. Currently, atleast in mobile/tablet version, you do not get perks from bonding your pet, however, when they get to maximum friendship with you, the game will display '(your pet's name) loves you' with a little heart.
