How to get right to post thread in Mod sub forum ?

I had joined in here and as member for several years but not an active member since 2019. I realize i couldn't find out my account and all the threads that i posted (sth about mods of SDV) in here anymore today. So i just can assign as member in here again today. However, i find out i don't have right to post thread in mod forum.....and so does anyone can tell me what can i do in order to get the right to do so?

What exactly do you want to post?

The mod forum is for posting mods and resources, and there is a locked thread at the top that tells you how to submit those.

If you want to discuss mods, it's the mod support and mod discussion sections, and those should be open.
