Note that this strategy is highly impractical. Completing an in-game day of this strategy would take longer than a real day.
Casino minigames pause the in-game clock when played. This allows us to accumulate billions of Qi coins without any game time passing. Our basic strategy is to earn as many Qi coins as we can, and then spend them all in the casino shop. The items we buy in the casino shop can then be converted to gold. Here's an outline:
Now for some calculations. You can run back and forth between the casino shop and the CalicoJack table three times every 10 in-game minutes, taking 2.33... seconds per cycle. Adding this to the 11.9 seconds at the shop gives us 14.23 seconds per cycle. With our 704 seconds, we can repeat this cycle approximately 49 times. Each cycle we trash 119 inventories, earning 119 × 431568 = 51,356,592g. Multiply this by 49 to get 2,516,473,008g per day. That is enough to cause an integer overflow of gold every couple of days. One in-game year of doing this and you'd earn 281,844,976,896g. At ten harvests per year, you'd need to have over 12 million ancient fruit plants to earn this much by selling ancient fruit wine.

- Arrive at the front door of the Oasis by 9 AM. You will need a desert warp totem, or preferably a desert obelisk, to do this. The Oasis does not unlock until 9 AM, so you can do whatever you want until this time. We will stay in the Oasis/Casino until 2 AM. This gives us 714 real, unpaused seconds in the Oasis every day (every 10 in-game minutes is 7 real seconds).
- Enter the Oasis and run to the high-stakes CalicoJack table. This takes approximately 10 seconds, leaving us with 704 seconds left.
- Keep playing CalicoJack until you earn approximately 2,147,483,647 Qi coins, by RNG manipulation or otherwise (takes much longer, but is possible since the odds are in the player's favor). Don't go over, as you'll run into an integer overflow and end up with negative Qi coins.
- Run to the casino shop. With 2,147,483,647 Qi coins, you can purchase 4,294,967 Warp Totem: Farm. A full inventory can hold 35,964 items, so we'll simplify and round down to 119 full inventories of warp totems.
- Trash all of the warp totems. An iridium trash can gives 60% of an item's sell price upon trashing it. Warp Totem: Farm sells for 20g, so trashing an entire inventory of warp totems should yield 431,568g. Assuming you can switch between the shop screen to your inventory screen and back 10 times per unpaused second, it will take 11.9 seconds to repeat this process 119 times.
- Run back to the CalicoJack table and go back to step 3. Keep repeating until you pass out.
