How can I play with my friends without the farm owner needing to be online?
Can we set up a system like Minecraft java server and play? The electricity of our friend who is the founder of the farm goes on and off.
we also play with 50 different mods.

If you're looking for a company that will host a Stardew game on a server rather than the computer of the person hosting, I don't know offhand of any company that does this, but I'm sure there are options out there.

You can easily set up a private game server by renting a VPS, installing the game’s server files, and sharing the IP with your friends. I recommend using MonoVM VPS
