I am not sure if this is just me or if it happened with anybody else as well, but sometimes scrolling through the Hotbar is not as responsive as it should be.
The problem is that when I scroll in the opposite direction of the prior scrolling I need to scroll two steps by my scrolling wheel instead of just one to move through one slot and then it becomes normal if I keep scrolling in the same direction but if I were to scroll in the opposite way, it would happen again.
Though it can be fixed by restarting the game, I am sharing it here in hope that it may be able to be fixed completely in case there is an unawared problem with the game's softwere.
