Implemented Host stardew emojis natively — imgur issue

Hello!

All of the lovely Stardew themed emotes on the forums are hosted on Imgur, which Is region blocked in a few countries like the United Kingdom.

This is causing a frustrating browsing experience since forum posts and comments get huge “content not viewable in your region” embeds from Imgur instead of the tiny emotes they are expected to be

It would be great if they could be hosted directly on the forums to prevent the chaos 🥲 I know it would be unlikely to bulk edit the forum to replace the imgur links with new native emote links, though the change would improve the experience in future posts!

Here is an example of how a comment looks that contains a few Stardew emotes. As you can see it is awfully annoying

I think the forum just translates text like :marnie: into the image links of the emoji that is associated with that code, so I think that a change of the image link of the emojis will work retroactively.

i don't want to shake up people's signatures and the like too much, so i'm still doing some work to see if i can do the original 18x18 pixels, i kinda have to do this a silly way for now but hopefully the emojis will be visible to everyone before long

edit: okay the emojis should be working now! my other posts might not make sense since the proper links are up now hahaha
