Windows Horse can travel through fences

Given the correct conditions, a player can ride a horse through fences. I have managed to find a guaranteed way to trigger this:
  1. Ride a horse into a fence, moving horizontally (i.e. the fence extends up and down).
  2. Once blocked from moving by the fence, stop moving horizontally, and move any distance vertically.
  3. Stop moving vertically, and move horizontally towards the fence again. You will phase right through.
