Windows Hey is there a glitch going on about the babies in game?

So I've been with my hubby Sebastian for about 3 years in game and I had got the second upgrade about near the end of year 2 and im in year 4 in summer but for some reason I haven't been ask about baby's I've google every way I've even reread the wiki multiple times but nothing is working is there a bug going on? I understand it's a 5% change and a 1/20 but it's day 20 in my game Rn and the months are 28 days long..that 48 days without once being ask doesn't Sebastian not have children if you mod his skin or is it a bug cause it's frustrating me to the point of about to be in tears and I don't wanna cry over a game because I can't get kids

Unfortunately, its just random chance. There is nothing you can do, you just have to be patient. Best of luck!

Just to make sure, have you removed the crib from your house? He won’t ask if you don’t have a crib.

otherwise, in the base game it’s just a random chance. You might be unlucky. With mods, I have no idea.
