Android [HELP] Would like to reverse the effects of a stardrop accidentally spawned in, is this possible?

So I was trying to spawn in a bottle of truffle oil for Lewis by naming a chicken the corresponding ID, since it's way less expensive than upgrading the barn and buying a pig. However, the ID for truffle oil is fairly close to the one for stardrops. I mixed them up, and consumed the stardrop upon receiving it. I was wondering if there is a way to edit my save file or something to remove the amount of energy that this stardrop gave me? I would really like to earn all of mine legitimately as to not cause any potential issues down the line, and also because it would just be a nice sense of accomplishment.

You could just go back a day if you didn't keep playing. In Android, there's an option in the menu to revert to last save.
