PC [HELP] Weird achievement bug

[Ryker]

So I just recently unlocked my community center and I for some reason didn't get an achievement on Steam. I tried to refresh the game but it still didn't give me the achievment. I play the vanilla game (no mods). I contacted steam support and they told me to come here. Anyone have any suggestions?
