Switch HELP unable to reach 100% perfection!!

On my main save I’m working towards getting perfection but it won’t let me complete the “ship every item” achievement. For some reason certain items, no matter how many times I’ve shipped them, still appear as a shadow.

You are selling them through the shipping bin correct? and are you 100% sure those are the right items, some are easy to mix up like juice and wine for example.

If you could attach some screenshots that would be incredibly helpful
