PC [HELP] Unable to get invite for willy's boat

i managed to complete the community center however i still am getting no sign of the invite for willys boat. i don't know what to do

Do you have the door in Willys Shop?

Some people said it only triggered when they tried to enter it.

yes i do i went and did try to enter but i still didn't get any invite

As you tagged this thread as modded game, can you tell us what mods you're using? Mods can affect the game in many ways and might be causing this issue.

Just to verify...

You have completed the Community Center or Joja Developments, yes?

You have gotten the appropriate events afterward?

You have slept at least once since getting the event?

If you've done all that, without knowing more I'm going to have to assume it is a mod doing this, since you say you're using mods.
