PC [HELP] Throw out in co-op

Hi! My friend and I started a co-op game 1 month ago. He keeps getting thrown out of the game after a while. He can't pick up objects or open chests, my character stands in one place for him , then he always ejects. He has reinstalled the game and Steam several times. I am the host of the game. It does not throw me out. What should we do to stop him being ejected by the game?

Could you please send us the error message from your friend's computer and yours.

Could you please follow this instruction if possible? Your friend as well

Can you share your most recent error log? (Crashes don't always produce an error log, so you may not see any in the folder).

• On Windows, press the windows key + R and enter %appdata%/stardewvalley/errorlogs.
• On Mac, from your desktop click Go in the menubar (in the top right), then "Go to folder..." at the bottom of that menu. Enter ~/.config/StardewValley/ErrorLogs/.

If you have SMAPI installed, the best way to share a log is via https://smapi.io/log. Thanks!

Ask your friend to download this XNA:

>Does he has the latest XNA 4.0 from his computer?
>Also, does he have Direct X 12?

If not, encourage him to download them.
If he is not sure how to download them, let me know...

Most importantly, I am curious if both of you have done some troubleshooting to get another insight into what is causing some errors.
