HELP! - Stardew not loading save and returning to title screen

Stardew hasn't been loading my save and every time I try it returns me to the title screen. It gives me this message:

Looks to me like you used to have mods (or maybe still do) that were previously something else (like a furniture item) but is now a clothing item. Also looks like you had a bunch of NPCs that were previously XNB updates but are, probably, now CP updates.

If you start a new game and let it save, can you then reload that game successfully? My thought is that whatever you had in your save is no longer compatible with how the game works now. It also looks like several mods you're wanting to use aren't around anymore or need to have the newer version added.

There are a lot of "redux", "rebuilt", "updated" mods out there that you may need.
