You don't have to restart, you can access your as files via the "files" app on iOS (it saves on iPad, but those save files can be easily copied to icloud using the files app. After putting a copy of all your save files in icloud via the files app, then you can remove and reinstalling the game, then copy the save files back from icloud via "files" app, right back into your iPad's Stardew Valley folder again via the Files app.Ok i was worried about that. I’m not too far in so its not too bad. But there is no way to verify the files so ill have to re-start
Same thing happens for me and I'm getting frustrated! I just tried playing again this time I got through the day and right when I was going to bed it crashed so now I have to start the whole day over. I'm not playing till this is fixed. Very irritating. When ever I try to open stardew on my iPad it instantly crashes. There arn’t any updates out right now. How can I fix this with out deleting it and redownloading it.
You can backup your saves, as CryogenCrystals explained, then remove and redownload, then you simply load from the backups. See if that fixes the issue, because it is quite possibly not the game itself but your copy, and you can't verify files like the rest of us.Same thing happens for me and I'm getting frustrated!
