Windows [HELP] Save recovery

Hi, guys. I was playing as usual and I wanted to change the gender of the character, installed the mod, I go in, changed it, I look - 2 identical saves, delete a copy. I re-enter and see that there is no single save. Are there ways to recover? I play with a licensed game, in steam, pc, last version.

Can you locate your save as shown here: https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Saves?

If yes, try following the troubleshooting section further down the same page.

If not, it might still be in your computers recycle bin.

Two tips for the future:
Always back up your files before making changes/installing new mods. If you're attached to the files, make regular backups even if you're not making changes.

You can change your gender in the wizards basement. Mods are no longer needed for that.
