PC [HELP] Revert back to 1.5.4 on steam

Hi friends,
I tried out the beta briefly earlier today and tried to revert back to 1.5.4 so I can play with my mods but the game isn't starting up, can someone help? :(

You should be able to opt out of the beta and maybe you can verify your game cache after that? Go to the game's properties on Steam and you should be able to select "None" in the betas section

when I click none it still says I'm on 1.5.5 and I can't use mods
