Xbox [HELP] Played on Split Screen and now can't join online Co-op on same farm

My girlfriend and I have been playing on the same online co op farm for 2 years and once we got the update we played on split screen together. We unlocked the island but didn't travel to it yet and then tried to play online the next day and it kicks us out whenever I try to join her. Any solutions?

Same issue here, played with a friend of me for over 100+ Hours on our farm together. Thought to Start a whole new Farm....no Connection Possible, trying to load the Old Farm and get on there...nothing. Also tried the whole Troubleshooting...no chance to get a connection to each other.
