HELP! PC & Android playing together using MultiplayerMod

Hello everyone, currently my girlfriend and I were playing together using MultiplayerMod. I was the one using PC, and she plays on Android. This error mostly occurred when she moving and quickly changing item, however sometimes even she stay doing nothing it also happening, so I'm not sure which are the causes of this error. The error is indicated by changing the visuals in my game (PC), when the error occurs, usually what is visible on my screen is only the player character, and terrain without any furniture and others.

Unfortunately, when this error occurred, I could not access smapi directly to see the error log, so this is what I got from SMAPI-latest.txt by accessing %appdata%\StardewValley\ErrorLogs:
