Question Help needed!

Hi guys! I've been playing for a few months now, and I've wanted to start playing using mods, but my smapi doesn't ever load all the way and keeps giving me this error message. Is there anyway to fix this? I'm trying to install the mods on my phone, I have a moto g stylus 2022.
