I play stardew valley on iphone so if I delete it later will it still be saved when I don't see it connected to game center

It should save, but back up your files just in case.

I don't play enough on my ifone to be sure but you need to have your phone backed up to iCloud to retain your saves. Otherwise they will be deleted when you remove Stardew from your phone, many people have posted losing their saves here that way, it's very sad . That said, I have not tested whether an iCloud backup is good enough to back up your Stardew saves or how the restore process of those saves goes.

Yeah, it doesn't hurt to back up your save files just in case. This link has more info on where to find them.

If you're wondering where to put them, I just create another file named 'stardew' or 'stardew backup files' and copy them on over, they don't take up all that much storage (nor does the game in general), and you can transfer them to another device or keep them to transfer back with little trouble
