Solved [HELP] Is it intended that achievements are also required for statue of true perfection?

Just got to 100% on the perfection tracker in Qi's room in Ginger Island, but I did not get the statue of true perfection when interacting with the perfection tracker. On doing some digging, it seems that this is caused by not completing all of the in game achievements in addition to getting 100% on the tracker. In my case I missed polyculture. Is this intended that there are achievements that are not tracked by the tracker but are required to get the related content?

So, I went to sleep and woke up the next day and got the rewards for true perfection so it was not related to the missing achievement, so disregard. Still odd though
