iOS [HELP] Inventory instead of wallet?

When I finally got all 4 of the dwarvish scrolls I went to collect the guide but instead of it disappearing and going into my wallet it became an actual book and it went into my inventory. What do I do to put it in my wallet? I have another save just to make sure it wasn't just IOS but it worked on the other save so I don't understand

Have you tried to “use” it like you would use a food item for example?

Just read what others tried: pick up the scrolls in the museum and rearrange them then talk to Gunther again.

And here is one more:

I had a similar problem, with the iPad version. I simply threw the guide into a chest and in the morning went to retrieve it. This time without the use of a controller. I just touched it, and off it went into the wallet
