Tesla HELP I CANT RECIEVE WILLYS EMAIL FOR BOAT FIXING!!!

So I checked the other threads and I swiped through a couple pages but I couldn't see any problems similar to mine

Anyways I finished the JoJo route I'm sure of it, but no email from Willy... Its straight up been 2 in game months and I've gotten emails from other NPCs .. and of course when I go to the fish shop I can't access the ladder no matter what, I even maxed out friendship with ilwilly because I thought it would help...I REALLY want to go to ginger island and I've been grinding this game plsplspls

Tldr: finished JoJo route but no willy email can't fix boat:(((((

Hey, I believe this is because Tesla uses the 1.4 version of Stardew Valley, which is from before the Ginger Island content was added
